Instructions for Poster Sessions

We are looking forward to your poster presentations at the ECSC meeting on April 2! Below are a few instructions/guidelines – if you need any additional information, please be in touch!

Posters will be set up on easels in the East Gymnasium of the Hynes Athletic Center.

Each poster has been assigned to a specific session, and given a specific number (please see attached document).

Please set up your poster on the easel with your assigned number. Posters should be set up with a cardboard backing (if you can bring a tri-fold with you, that would be best, but we should have some that we can lend if needed – please let us know at the check-in desk if you need a tri-fold).

Posters should be 36 x 48 inches (the orientation can be either portrait or landscape – whatever best suits your design).

Please set up posters before the start of your session, and make sure to leave them up until the end of your session! Students are asked to be at their posters for the first hour of the session, and then leave them up for the next half hour (in case judges wish to return).

Session 1: Students should be at posters from 10:30 – 11:30 AM,
and posters should remain up until noon.

Session 2: Students should be at posters from 1:30 – 2:30 PM,
and posters should remain up until 3 PM

Session 3: Students should be at posters from 4:15 – 5:15 PM.
Please collect posters before dinner/leaving the meeting.

Because the schedule was made with space and timing of judges in mind,
we will not be able to switch around presentations.
Please make sure to present at your assigned time.
